Welcome to FixIt Finder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FixIt Finder website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

"Client" refers to a user who posts projects and hires service providers through the Service.
"Provider" refers to a user who offers services and bids on projects through the Service.
"User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service, including Clients and Providers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate another user or person
• Post false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Service

5. Projects and Bids

Clients may post projects on the Service. Providers may bid on these projects. FixIt Finder does not guarantee that projects will receive bids or that Providers will be hired. All agreements between Clients and Providers are solely between those parties, and FixIt Finder is not a party to such agreements.

6. Fees and Payments

FixIt Finder may charge fees for certain features of the Service. All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

FixIt Finder may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIXIT FINDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

FixIt Finder may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
